Finely bound by The Chelsea Bindery in full dark blue morocco, titles and decoration to spines gilt, elaborate decorative borders to boards, pictorial onlays to front covers, Holmes and Watson on a train on front cover of “Adventures” and Moriaty on “Memoirs”, marbled endpapers, inner dentelles gilt, all edges gilt. Illustrated throughout the text by Sydney Paget. Both volumes in fine condition.
