Geoffrey Lloyd was Minister of Fuel and Power under Churchill’s leadership 1951-55, later becoming Minister of Education 1957-59 under Harold Macmillan. Churchill’s masterpiece, his monumental history of World War II.

6 volumes, 8vo. Original black cloth, titles to spines gilt, top edges stained red. With the dustjackets. With diagrams and tables throughout the text. Some typical light, sporadic foxing, top stains slightly faded, but an excellent set in dustjackets, vol. I, II and IV price clipped.
